Questions people ask before buying

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Tell us about the business and what the website needs to achieve. Research and recommendations are part of the process.

Will I be able to update my website?

Where ongoing editing is useful, we will build it in and show you how. We will agree this before the build starts.

Who owns the finished website?

You do, once the agreed project fees are paid. Any third-party subscriptions or licences will be explained before launch.

Can you work with my existing logo and branding?

Yes. You can upload logos, colours and brand guidelines during onboarding. If the brand needs attention first, we will tell you.

What if I need something outside a package?

Choose the closest package or book a call. We will confirm scope and price before asking you to proceed.

How does AI reduce the price?

We use AI to accelerate research, content analysis, prototyping, production and testing. That removes traditional agency time and overhead, and we pass the saving on through our prices. Altay still makes the commercial and creative decisions, checks the work and remains accountable for delivery.

What is a revision cycle?

A revision cycle is one consolidated set of feedback submitted through your portal, followed by one updated version from Altay. Start includes one cycle, Grow two and Sell three. Fixing a fault or something that does not match the agreed scope does not use a cycle. New pages, new functionality or a change to an already approved direction may require a separate quote.
