Before work starts

If you cancel in writing before onboarding is reviewed and research has begun, you receive a full refund of anything paid.

After work starts

Once research, design or build work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable because it covers time already spent. Any balance not yet earned is refunded.

After approval or launch

Fees are non-refundable once the website has been approved or published. Faults and anything that does not match the agreed scope are fixed at no charge.

How to request a refund

Email hello@altayweb.co.uk with your project name. We will confirm the position in writing within five working days and process any refund to the original payment method within fourteen days of agreement.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
