Scope

Each package lists what is included and what is not. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and only started once you approve it in writing.

Prices and VAT

All package prices are shown excluding VAT and are displayed as “+ VAT”. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate. VAT registration number 496257838.

Payment

Start is paid in full at order. Grow and Sell are paid as a deposit at order with the balance due before launch. Work pauses if a due payment is outstanding.

Revisions

A revision cycle is one consolidated set of feedback submitted through your portal, followed by one updated version from Altay. Start includes one cycle, Grow two and Sell three. Fixing a fault or something that does not match the agreed scope does not use a cycle. New pages, new functionality or a change to an already approved direction may require a separate quote.

Your responsibilities

You provide accurate business information, content, brand assets and any access we need, and you respond to review requests within a reasonable time. Delays here move the timeline.

Ownership

Once all agreed fees are paid, ownership of the finished website transfers to you. Third-party subscriptions, licences, fonts and plugins remain subject to their own terms and will be explained before launch.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time in writing. Deposits cover research and scheduling already carried out and are non-refundable once work has started. Where work has not started, see our refund policy.

Liability

We deliver the agreed scope with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the project concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
