What counts as a revision cycle?

A revision cycle is one consolidated set of feedback submitted through your portal, followed by one updated version from Altay. Start includes one cycle, Grow two and Sell three. Fixing a fault or something that does not match the agreed scope does not use a cycle. New pages, new functionality or a change to an already approved direction may require a separate quote.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. Pay in three — split the cost into three interest-free instalments. Pay in three is offered at checkout alongside the standard deposit and balance terms, subject to eligibility.

Is VAT included in these prices?

No. All package prices are shown excluding VAT and are displayed as “+ VAT”. VAT is added at checkout at the prevailing UK rate.

What if I need an application rather than a website?

That is Altay Web Studio: bespoke applications and platforms such as booking systems, client portals, custom product platforms and order management tools. Scope and price are agreed in writing after a discovery call.

What if my project sits between two packages?

Book a discovery call. We will recommend the closest package and confirm any additional scope in writing before you pay.

Do you offer payment in stages?

Grow and Sell are paid as a deposit followed by a balance before launch. Start is paid in full at order.
