Do I have to pay extra for the portal?
No. The client portal is included with Start, Grow, Sell and every Altay Web Studio build. It is how we run projects, not an add-on.
When do I get access?
We create your account and send an invite as soon as your project is confirmed. Access is invite-only, so there is no public sign-up.
Can other people in my business use it?
Yes. Tell us who needs access and we will add them, so your partner, office manager or marketing lead can follow along.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. The portal is built mobile-first, so you can check progress, reply to a message or approve a preview from anywhere.
