Studio is the part of Altay Web that builds software. If you need an app your customers download onto their phone, a system your team logs into from anywhere, or a platform that handles bookings, jobs, accounts and payments — that is what this is for. A website is optional.

When a website is not the answer
Some business problems need software, not another page.
If your team runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and workarounds, or your customers need to do something a standard website cannot handle, that is a build. Studio exists for exactly those jobs: the specific, awkward, valuable ones that off-the-shelf tools never quite fit.

How is this different from the Start, Grow and Sell packages?
Those packages deliver a website with a defined page count and a fixed price. Studio is for software: a booking system, a portal, an internal tool or a platform that has to fit how your business works. The scope cannot be known in advance, so we scope it properly first and price the build against that written specification.
Why does the price say “from”?
Because the cost depends entirely on what the software has to do. Get in touch and we will talk it through. After discovery and scoping you get a fixed build price in writing before any development begins.
What happens if I do not go ahead after scoping?
You keep the written specification and the screens produced during scoping. There is no obligation to continue with the build, and nothing is charged for the build unless you go ahead.
Do I own what you build?
Yes. On final payment the application and its code are yours. Third-party services used inside it — payment providers, mapping, email delivery — remain on their own licences and are billed to you directly.
Can you take over or extend something we already have?
Sometimes. Bring it to a discovery call and we will tell you plainly whether extending it is sensible or whether rebuilding the part that matters would cost you less over time.
Can I spread the cost?
Payments are staged against milestones, so cost is spread across the build. Pay in three — split the cost into three interest-free instalments. Pay in three is offered at checkout alongside the standard deposit and balance terms, subject to eligibility.
Not sure it is a build?
Bring the problem to a discovery call. If a standard website package solves it, we will say so — that is a cheaper, faster answer and we would rather you had it.
